Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in a sweet moment, I’m here to add a little sweetness to your day. My favorite thing to bake are tortes (layered cakes) because the flavor combinations are ENDLESS!
When I’m not in the kitchen, you will find me reading, painting, & spending time with my family. I love pizza, the ocean & have an eye for photography. I grew up and still live in the beautiful Lakes Region with my cat & teenage son.
Fun Fact: I work full time as a Data Analyst and graduated with a dual degree in Business Management & Pastry Arts.
